At Bridge in the Box we offer free gift wrapping to our customers. It is something they appreciate – a little like the extra service BA used to offer on their flights before they sadly decided to stop in January of this year. It is always nice to be given something for free when you have placed an order.

Since we started the service, it became apparent that our customers often ike to have presents sent directly to the recipient and therefore they don’t get to see what their order looked like.

This is often the case if you order a bouquet of flowers to be sent to a friend. You simply specify the amount of money you want to spend and perhaps the colours but never get to see how it looked.

As a result, we email our customers to let them know exactly when their parcel is being sent out and send them a photograph of what their parcel looks like!
