History
Pelmanism is a good way to improve your memory skills – perfect for all ages. Also known as Concentration, Memory, Pairs. Called Pelmanism after Christopher Louis Pelman who founded the Pelman Institute for the Scientific Development of Mind, Memory and Personality in London in 1899.
Rules
Simply put a standard deck of cards randomly face down and take it in turns to turn up two cards. Place them back exactly where they were if you don’t find a match. If they match ie: six and six, king and king etc., store in front of you and have another turn. Winner has the most pairs when all cards have been matched.
